About The Event

Each school or group may present up to TWO one-acts that are 5-45 minutes in length, from lights up to final blackout. Please check out the basic information about the competition HERE and the rubrics for performance here: high school, middle and elementary, and Chapter Select.* (all rubrics will be updated by mid-October to reflect 2026 updates)

*NOTE: Chapter Select is for a Troupe performance at the annual International Thespian Festival (ITF) to be held in Lexington, KY June 28-July 2. Please mark the appropriate checkbox if your Troupe is considering attending ITF. Only one Troupe from NY will be awarded the opportunity to perform in the Chapter Select showcase.
